The French say it something like:'tromp loo-ee'. Only, you know, softer and frenchified  and musical to the ear.

I've found the most popular way for many Australians to say 'trompe l'oeil' is: 'tromp lee-ol.'

It's really best if you don't.

Australians pronounce 'trompe l'oeil' as: tromp LOY. And it depends on what suburb you come from how much OY you put in your LOY.
